At Sasan Perfumes, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrance products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges, returns, cancellations, shipping, and payments.

Exchange & Return Policy

Request Conditions

  • To be eligible for exchange or return:
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
  • The outer packaging must remain sealed and intact.
  • A clear photo or video showing the condition of the product must be provided.
  • A 25 AED return shipping fee applies and is the responsibility of the customer (unless the error is from our side).
  • Shipping to Courier Company
  • The returned product must be handed over to the courier within 5 days of receiving the return label.
  • Failure to ship within the specified timeframe will result in automatic rejection of the request.

Exceptions

  • Products with opened outer packaging will not be accepted for return.
  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • We will make every effort to cancel orders before processing or shipment.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return request and must be physically received at our warehouse.
  • ⚠️ In such cases, shipping fees for both delivery and return will be deducted, totaling 50 AED.
  • Sasan Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in cases such as:
  • Product out of stock
  • Technical errors
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong, defective, leaking, or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A copy of the invoice
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the outer packaging condition upon receipt
  • All claims are subject to review and approval by Sasan Perfumes management before compensation or replacement is issued.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Refund Processing Timeframes

  • Product Pickup by Courier

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • If incorrect banking details are provided, the refund timeline will begin only after correct information is verified.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed via: Payment Information

All payments made through our website are securely processed by certified payment service providers.

We accept:

Customers are advised to retain transaction records for reference.

Note: Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or place orders.

  • If your order is not received within 3 days after shipment notification, please contact us immediately.
  • If an order is refused or not received, it will be treated as a returned shipment, and applicable shipping fees may apply.
